Program description

The Filthy Spoon Co-op sends transactional text messages to club members who opt in on their member profile at filthyspoon.club. Two message types are sent: a booking confirmation when you reserve a hunting blind, and a reminder the afternoon before your hunt. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Opting in

You opt in by signing in to your member account, adding your phone number on the Edit Profile page, and checking "Text me booking confirmations and hunt reminders." The setting is off by default. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of membership or of booking a hunt.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with how often you hunt — typically 0–4 messages per week during duck season (roughly late October through January) and none in the off-season.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. The club does not charge for texts.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or uncheck the text setting on your profile — either stops all texts immediately. After replying STOP you may receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed.

Carriers

Supported carriers include all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and opt-in status are used only to deliver the messages described above and are never shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
