Who we are

The Filthy Spoon Co-op is a private, invite-only duck-hunting club. This website (filthyspoon.club) exists solely to let club members reserve hunting blinds, view club information, and log their hunts. There is no public signup and nothing is sold on this site.

What we collect

When a club administrator creates your member account, we store your name and email address. You may optionally add a phone number, emergency contact, and dog information to your profile. The site also records your reservations, harvest logs, and sign-in times so the club can operate fairly.

How we use it

Your information is used only to run the club: confirming reservations, sending hunt reminders you've asked for, resetting your password, and showing club activity to other members. We do not advertise, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.

Text messages and your phone number

If you provide a phone number and opt in to text notifications on your profile, we send you transactional texts only: booking confirmations and day-before hunt reminders. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by unchecking the setting on your profile or replying STOP to any message. See our SMS terms for details.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to operate the site (cloud hosting and email/SMS delivery), and only to the extent required to deliver those messages. We do not share, sell, or disclose member information to any other third party unless required by law.

Retention & your choices

Member records are kept while your membership is active. You can edit your profile information at any time, and you can ask a club administrator to deactivate your account, which stops all email and text messages.
